This is a temporary FULL TIME position.

The place of employment will be at Hawaiian Rock Products Corporation, Naftan Road Route 304, Obyan, Saipan Northern Mariana Islands 96950. No other worksite location to perform the job; the only worksite location is at Naftan Road Route 304, Obyan, Saipan Norther Mariana Islands 96950. Applicants are reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment to perform the services or labor as advertised.

WAGE: The Basic Wage Rate for the position of Crushing Machine Operator is $ 9.57 per hour.
Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 x the rate indicated on the Job Vacancy Announcement (JVA). For the position of Crushing Machine Operator, the overtime rate is $14.36 per hour.
FREQUENCY OF WORKERS’ PAY: Weekly
DEDUCTIONS FROM PAY: The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law (FICA Taxes, Federal and Local taxes), Insurance premiums and 401K Deferrals are optional.
THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE:
The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under subsection 655.423(f)
INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE:
If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Daily transportation to and from place of employment will not be provided by the employer.
The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20CF 655.423(k).
The employer will not provide the board, lodging or other facilities during the employment.
The employer will not provide on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.

This position does not supervise the work of other employees.
